American Joint Replacement Registry
Jeffrey Knezovich joined the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR) organization in its infancy back in August of 2012. He was charged with advancing the mission of the AJRR by expanding its role, influence and footprint in the registry world. Today, the AJRR is the nation’s largest Orthopaedic registry tracking implanted hip and knee devices. Beyond surveillance, the AJRR has successfully launched new platforms that allow for the collection of PROMs data and secure data for the individual submission of PQRS requirements. In addition, hospitals will be able to utilize the AJRR for some of CMS’ CJR reporting requirements. His background in the association health care management is varied. In his 30-year career he has held executive positions with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, Southern Thoracic Surgical Association, American College of Surgeons and Chicago Medical Society. Jeff is a Certified Association Executive who has written numerous publications that promote and advance organizational governance for non-profits.
